Westfield Middle School

Westfield Middle School will be using FinalForms for athlete registration starting this fall. Attached is information on how you can register. Please reach out to the athletic office if you have any questions. If a student wishes to tryout or start a sport at WMS they must be fully registered in FinalForms. Please note: Payment of athletic fees is not required to tryout. If you are participating in a sport that has a tryout, pay the athletic fee once the status on the team is known.
