Westfield Middle School uses FinalForms for athlete registration. Attached is information on how you can register. Please reach out to the athletic office if you have any questions. If a student wishes to tryout or start a sport at WMS they must be fully registered in FinalForms. Please note: Payment of athletic fees is not required to tryout. If you are participating in a sport that has a tryout, pay the athletic fee once the status on the team is known.
